Why is it better to use bath and body care products that are organic?

We all know that the skin is the body’s largest organ and capable of absorbing many things come into contact with. Estimates can be found online putting absorption rates at between 60-70% of our skincare and cosmetic products! While we haven’t found a precise answer, we do know that using natural oils, butters, extracts, and other ingredients that are safe enough to eat are certainly better for your skin than chemicals. Plus these ingredients have time-tested results that just can’t be beat by something created in a lab!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What methods of payment do you accept?

All of our payments are processed through PayPal, allowing you to either use your Paypal account, a credit/debit card, or bank account. We do this so that we at Sparrow House Botanicals are never seeing or storing any of your personal payment information!

Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes, once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and you’ll be able to track your shipment until it arrives at your door!

What is your return policy?

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We offer a 10 day exchange or refund for any product you find to be unsatisfactory, you may return it to us at:

Is there sales tax on orders?

As of January 1, 2019 online sales must be taxed when shipping to all states that charge sales tax.

Are your products hypo-allergenic?

Each of our products has every ingredient listed on the label, and ingredients are listed on the product page of the website as well. While our products are natural, they do contain nut oils and butters, as well as floral/herbal/vegetable oils and extracts that can be allergens for some people. PLEASE check the ingredient list if you have any allergies to botanicals of any kind!

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now we ship only within the United States. Shipping often includes a wide variance in temperatures and many of our products include ingredients that liquify at higher temperatures. We want everything you order from Sparrow House Botanicals to arrive in excellent condition and prolonged shipping times can affect that condition negatively.

All of our bath and skin care products are made in Spring, Texas just outside of Houston.
